The Food Allergy Test contains everything you need to take a blood test in the comfort of your own home, and post it back to the York Test laboratory. It is a finger-prick blood test. Samples should be taken between 8 and 10am and returned to the laboratory the same working day. Try not to let your sample arrive at the laboratory on a weekend.
