A comprehensive naturopathic and clinical nutritional consultation (60 - 90 minutes)
You will have the chance to tell your story and be guided with gentle lifestyle and dietary advice.
Consultations include a review of any recent blood tests and a referral letter to your doctor if necessary.
All clients receive a review of their current diet and lifestyle, along with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle health plan. This will include supplement suggestions and guidance on further testing if necessary.
Please note that supplements and testing are at an additional fee.
Consultations can either take place in my clinic in Blidworth, Nottinghamshire or via Zoom.
