This Silver package includes:
A blood screen, as outlined below.
A one - to - one health review, looking at your test results, diet and lifestyle. You will be given nutritional and supplementation advice.
This will be either in person at my clinic in Nottinghamshire or by Zoom. The session is roughly half an hour.
Your blood test:
An at-home, finger-prick blood test kit that checks the key nutrients that people are often below optimal in:
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- Folate
- Ferritin
- It also checks your thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)
In addition to the above, this package includes either a male or female hormone screen.
For men, the following are tested:
- LH
- FSH
- DHEA-S
- Serum Testosterone
- Free Testosterone
- SHBG
- Free Androgen Index
- Albumin
- PSA
For Women, the following are tested:
- LH
- FSH
- LH:FSH Ratio
- Prolactin
- Oestradiol

- Free Androgen Index
- CA125
*progesterone samples ideally need to be taken on day 21 of your cycle or at the mid point between ovulation and the first day of your period.
