What to expect
A comprehensive naturopathic and nutritional consultation.
You will have the chance to tell your story and be guided with gentle lifestyle and dietary advice. Consultations include a review of any recent blood tests that you may have had with your GP and a referral letter to your doctor if necessary. All clients receive a review of their current diet and lifestyle, along with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle health plan. This will include supplement suggestions and guidance on further testing if necessary. Any private testing or supplements are at an additional cost.
Follow Up Consultation (existing clients only)

Health Check Package
Packages include a finger prick blood test that you can do in the comfort of your own home. They check key metabolic areas, nutrient status, hormones and certain organ functions.
Health checks are an ideal "one-off " package to check that you are on the right track with your health. They are more suited for people who don`t want to commit to follow up consultations and who might be on a budget. The consultation process is much shorter. If you are unsure as to whether to have a full consultation or a health check, there is more information at the bottom of this page.

Vitamin D injections
£70 each - These require a vitamin D test first. Please get in touch if you have had a recent Vitamin D blood test.

Private stool tests are very different to the ones at your GP surgery. They are an excellent way to find out what is happening in your digestive system.

The NHS reference range is different to functional medicine ranges. The functional medicine range is smaller and reflects optimal health. You may be told that your test results are normal but they may lie outside of the optimal functional medicine range. Often, this can be a cause of your symptoms. To discuss your results and receive advice you can book a 15 minute zoom consultation.
Phlebotomy Service
Private phlebotomy service available. £30 per blood draw. No centrifuge service at present.
