Blood tests and reference ranges

🩸 Are you feeling rubbish yet your blood tests show that everything is normal?

🩸The reference range of blood tests is very broad. What is okay for one person can be far from okay for another.

🩸What if you are within the reference range, but right at the bottom of it? You are going to feel the effects of that, yet your GP may tell you that your results are normal.

🩸Also, reference ranges are based on results taken from people who have visited their doctor because they are feeling unwell! The ranges that they use are far from optimal!
